Built by Someone Who's Actually Done This.
The Client I Was
I'm Michelle Vernon Master Injector, spa owner, and the founder of MedSpa Blueprint AI™. But before any of that, I was a client.
When I first entered the skincare world, I came in as a consumer confused, curious, and doing my own research because nobody was breaking it down in a way that made sense. Every treatment I eventually added to my menu was born from that experience. From understanding what it felt like to sit in a consultation and leave with more questions than answers. From wanting to know what was actually happening to my skin, what the numbers meant, and what I should do next before spending money on something that might not be right for me.
That experience shaped everything I built.
What I Saw From Both Sides
After years on the other side of the treatment bed, I started seeing both problems clearly. Clients leaving consultations confused, overwhelmed, or unsure whether the treatment they just booked was actually what their skin needed. And spa owners brilliant, skilled professionals drowning in admin, missing leads that came in at midnight when someone was searching and ready to book, losing clients to the silence of after-hours because there was no system in place to catch them.
We were all leaving something on the table.
